Near-term Technology Outlook
We are very excited to introduce the Tech Pulse Technology Outlook Index. We look forward to enhancing and refining this index to make it an important gauge of near-term technology outlook.

Components
The overall Tech Pulse Technology Outlook Index is derived from three different indexes that summarize the outlook of all participants. A scale of 1 to 10 is used by each participant to rank his or her outlook on technology employment, capital spending, and innovation.

Scale and Weight
The responses for each index are converted to a scale of 1 to 100. Each component is given equal weight (adjusted for participation) in the overall Outlook Index.
